The hotel is conveniently located close to the pier, making it easy to explore the nearby tourist sites of central Bangkok. there are shops and markets in close proximity, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the local area. The staff at the hotel are also commended for their great service and professionalism.
The cleanliness of the corridors and the hotel's washing machine could use improvement. It's important for the hotel to ensure that these areas are kept clean and well-maintained for a pleasant guest experience.

the staff was very welcoming and offered excellent service throughout our stay. the leisure room was cozy and we enjoyed watching some TV. the halal food at the hotel restaurant was flavorful and delicious, with a range of dishes on offer. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and luxurious, meeting all our needs. the location was perfect for us, as it was in close proximity to a large mall.
The only minor issue we had was with the softness of the bed, which wasn't very comfortable. this did not detract from the overall experience of staying at this luxurious venue.
