the staff was very welcoming and offered excellent service throughout our stay. the leisure room was cozy and we enjoyed watching some TV. the halal food at the hotel restaurant was flavorful and delicious, with a range of dishes on offer. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and luxurious, meeting all our needs. the location was perfect for us, as it was in close proximity to a large mall.
The only minor issue we had was with the softness of the bed, which wasn't very comfortable. this did not detract from the overall experience of staying at this luxurious venue.
